These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Alegup Lifestyle Management ("Alegup", "we", "our", or "us"). By booking a service or purchasing through our website you agree to these terms.
Alegup provides in-home lifestyle services including home organization, cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, general house upkeep, pet sitting, and babysitting. Specific inclusions and pricing are described on each service page.
By continuing to use our website, submitting a booking, or purchasing a service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are booking on behalf of a household or organization you represent that you have authority to do so; if booking as an individual you represent that you are of legal age.
You agree not to misuse the service, including: unlawful use, fraudulent bookings, spam, IP infringement, interfering with security, scraping, or introducing malware.
All content, branding, systems, and documentation on this site are the property of Alegup and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the site for its intended purpose.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance and disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics see Paddle's Buyer Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the service is capped at the fees you paid to us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
